Please note that the above dates are delivery estimates and are therefore subject to change. We deliver over 90% of our items well before the estimated delivery date however the dates shown reflect any known delays such as public holidays, weekends or peak periods. 

The estimated delivery date is the latest date your order should arrive.

Order processing times:

All our orders are usually processed within 5-7 working days after receiving your order - this includes the manufacturing and printing of your new items!

Delivery Options and Charges:

  • Ireland & Europe - FREE Standard Delivery via Royal Mail*
  • Worldwide and those not listed - £6.95 Standard Delivery via Royal Mail*

    Once your item has been dispatched, you should expect to receive your item within 3-5 working days (UK, Ireland & Europe) or within 5-7 working days (USA & Worldwide). Please note that delivery times do not include order fulfilment as detailed above.

    * These orders are not tracked and therefore we recommend taking advantage of our optional shipping and delivery protection insurance as detailed below.

    Optional Shipping and Delivery Protection

    We offer our customers the option to select delivery shipping protection insurance when they purchase from us.

    This service is completely an 'opt-in' service however the box shall be automatically ticked at checkout, so if you decide you don't want to insure your delivery, please ensure you untick the box.

    • For around 1% of your order total, Route, our insurance partner, protects your order from loss, damage and theft, including those left outside your front door or behind your bins!
    • Your order is instantly backed by Lloyds of London, giving you peace of mind when your order is shipped.
    • If you need to file a claim, one-click prefills your order information and it is already filed.
    • This service means that if your order reaches you damaged, doesn't reach you at all or is stolen from outside your front door, we shall send you a new one completely free of charge, or issue you a refund.
    • This optional protection is offered to you solely in order to effectuate the shipment of your order

    Late, Delayed or Missing Orders

    We ask that you wait until seven working days have passed since the estimated delivery date before you contact us to discuss a missing order. We recommend checking any safe places and checking with the delivery partner used as per your dispatch email. If they are unable to provide a location or update, we shall then open an investigation with the courier or delivery service used and provide you with an update within three working days.

    Please note that once the order has been dispatched and is with the courier, we no longer hold liability and only the courier or delivery partner can rectify a missing order - we shall not automatically send a replacement without carrying out a full investigation first.

    If you have taken use of our Optional Delivery and Shipping insurance as outlined above, you shall be able to claim a refund or re-delivery free of charge - this includes those stolen from your safe place.

    Multiple Shipments

    You may receive your order in more than one shipment depending on where the items are manufactured - you will however only be charged a single delivery charge.

    Delivery and Billing addresses

    Your first order must be sent to your billing address - this is to prevent fraud. Once you have placed your first order with us, you can have any subsequent orders sent to any other address worldwide providing you use the same payment information.

    Failed Delivery Attempts

    If an order is returned to us due to no access or other delivery failure, we'll get in touch to let you know. Any orders that are unclaimed after 28 days shall be donated to charity and there shall be no refund, replacement or exchange due.

    Delivery Charges and Refunds

    If you return your order in line with our returns policy, you shall be entitled to a refund of the standard delivery charge available for your country or region. If you only return some items of your order or decide to keep any of your order, you shall not be entitled to a refund of the standard delivery charge.

    Customs and Declaration Charges

    As some of our items are sent from outside of the UK, in particular, Europe and the USA, you may be liable for customs charges before you receive your items. Northspoke Clothing cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that may become liable and this is the responsibility of the customer.
