Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your Northspoke order, however we understand that sometimes thing can go wrong.
We process each item to order, this means that we print your new item from scratch to ensure quality.
Your right to cancel your order and return your item(s)
Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations;
- If you paid via PayPal or Credit or Debit card; you have up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your items to request to cancel your order.
- If you paid via Klarna - Buy Now, Pay Later, you have up to 30 calendar days from the day you receive your items to request to cancel your order.
If you wish to return your items to us for a refund or exchange, you must notify us first - you can do this by contacting us. You shall also need to notify Klarna if you opted to Buy Now, Pay Later.
You shall need to send your items back to us, please note the returned items shall need to meet the following requirements:
- in a re-sellable condition;
- with original packaging;
- labels still attached.
We shall assume you have accepted the items 14 days after you receive the items or 30 days, depending on your chosen payment method (see above).
We shall not refund under the following conditions:
- any items that have been repaired, defaced or damaged by the customer
- any items which we believe have been deliberately damaged or defaced
- any direct loss or damage of your item during delivery transit (unless you have opted for delivery protection)
- any items that are not in a re-sellable condition
If any of the items we receive fall under the above conditions, we shall be unable to offer a refund, however we may discuss an alternative with you if we feel necessary.
Please note that;
- We shall not refund or exchange any items without you contacting us first
- We shall not refund or exchange any items that do not reach us - we recommend a tracking service to ensure successful delivery
- We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage or defect before we give you a decision
- The item is your responsibility until we notify you that we have received the item
- The return delivery charge is the customers responsibility and we shall not refund this charge
- Any tax or customers charges is the customers responsibility

Bought something from us but it didn’t quite fit, wasn’t what you expected or simply changed your mind? Don’t worry. Send it back and PayPal will refund your return shipping cost (terms apply). Failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned to us due to no access or other delivery failure, we'll get in touch to let you know. Any orders that are unclaimed after 28 days shall be donated to charity and there shall be no refund, replacement or exchange due.

Optional Shipping and Delivery Protection Insurance
Please note that any fees paid for our optional shipping and delivery protection insurance are non-refundable.
Delivery Charges and Refunds
If you return your order in line with our returns policy, you shall be entitled to a refund of the standard delivery charge available for your country or region. If you only return some items of your order or decide to keep any of your order, you shall not be entitled to a refund of the standard delivery charge.
Due to health and safety, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:
- grooming products
- piercings and jewellery
- underwear garments
Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
